Throughout her career in medicine and academic leadership, she has cared for thousands of patients, trained generations of physicians, and developed programs focused on resilience, well-being, and professional development.
Drawing from insights gained through medicine, psychology, leadership, education, and lived experience, Dr. Worley developed the Smooth Sailing Life framework to help people better understand how to balance competing responsibilities while remaining grounded in purpose, values, and compassion.
